When I began looking for a designer I interviewed a few and the reason I chose JenTekk was her reputation and her amazing ability to listen to what we needed and to communicate it back to us in un jargon-y language.
Working with web development and technology there is a knowledge about what is possible. I don’t speak that language - however I know the scope of what we needed – Jeannette is an able translator – and that is, for me, the most important skill.
The bonus is that Jeannette is a delight to work with – she is professional and personable – and amazingly patient. We are delighted with our site and the feedback we are getting on it is very positive.

I write to thank you for the wonderful work you did in the planning, design and setup of the new Vancouver Community College School of Music website. Though we are a small department we do feature a very wide selection of offerings and program details that needed to be harnessed into a logical and easy to use format. To add to that task we sought to establish a brand look that would resonate with the character of our constituency.
You managed to give our site the right feel and the right look while still making the information entirely clear and elegant. You achieved what I can only describe as our intended “elegant, close to the ground, east-side funky feel”, that could not have been easy. My colleagues at the College were very impressed with the look, feel and construction of the site and will be looking to build their own sites inspired by this kind of work.
